You’ll be sent information by post containing all the details of your plan. If you have any questions relating to your plan, you can call a dedicated adviser with the number provided in your pack.
A full refund within 30 days of the plan being taken out. Please see the terms and conditions for full details of our cancellation policy.
You can let us know of any special requests, we’ll do our best to make your wishes come true. We are completely transparent and will let you know if these may incur any additional fees outside of your agreed plan.
You have nothing to worry about. Your documents folder will contain your funeral directors information. Your family will simply have to contact the funeral director referencing your plan number. The rest will be taken care by the funeral director, who will make all the arrangements agreed in your plan.
Yes, please complete the representation section on the application form. We’ll send all correspondence to you. If the fixed monthly payment option is selected please be aware the plan holder will be contacted directly by the life assurance providers.
Let us know of any changes so we can keep our records up to date. If necessary we can provide alternative funeral directors closer to your new location and update your plan accordingly.
When you plan to travel abroad, we recommend that your travel and medical insurance policies include the cost of repatriation back to the United Kingdom. Your funeral plan covers the body’s transportation costs to the premises of the funeral director from the nearest UK airport or port.
